The moon.... the celestial satellite that feels closer to us here on earth... we see her cycle throughout the month. Maybe it is my sun in cancer that makes me feel attracted to her- the moon is the regent planet for cancer... however, regardless... she has been followed and seen as a guide by our ancestors for centuries now.
Let's make something clear... La Luna has a cycle... she doesn't do anything for us... but we are able to synch ourselves to her and live from a place of abundance where we accept our ebbs and flows- just like the moon does.
In the image, you can appreciate some of her main phases and the cycle I personally follow.
It all starts in the New Moon with setting an intention and finishes in the Balsamic moon phase.
You can read "Yin" or "Yang" next to each phase which represents the importance of taking action but resting before and after... especially in this current times where there's so much happening energetically- Hello Aquarius age.
It's all about learning to be while still doing.
Not matter which zodiac sign is your sun in... the moon cycle it's unique for each and every person... it affects you on a personal level, that's why it's so helpful to keep track of it with a journal or agenda.
When you start to follow the cycle for a few months you will realize how does your body feel in certain phases as well as in some zodiac signs.
There's no right or wrong way... it's all about creation and connection in your own way.

La luna ... el satélite celestial que se siente más cerca de nosotros aquí en la tierra ... vemos su ciclo
durante todo el mes. Tal vez sea mi sol en cáncer lo que me hace sentir atraída por ella: la luna es el planeta regente para el cáncer ... sin embargo, independientemente ... ella ha sido seguida y vista como una guía por nuestros antepasados durante siglos. Dejemos algo claro ... La Luna tiene un ciclo ... no hace nada por nosotros ... pero podemos sincronizarnos con ella y vivir desde un lugar de abundancia donde aceptamos nuestros flujos y reflujos ... tal como lo hace la luna. En la imagen, puedes apreciar algunas de sus fases principales y el ciclo que personalmente sigo. Todo comienza en la Luna Nueva con el establecimiento de una intención y termina en la fase de la luna balsámica. Puede leer "Yin" o "Yang" al lado de cada fase, lo que representa la importancia de tomar medidas, pero descansando antes y después ... especialmente en estos tiempos actuales donde hay tantas cosas que suceden enérgicamente: Hola, edad de Acuario. Se trata de aprender a ser mientras se sigue haciendo. No importa en qué signo del zodiaco esté su sol ... el ciclo lunar es único para cada persona ... lo afecta a nivel personal, por eso es tan útil llevar un registro de él con un diario o agenda. Cuando comience a seguir el ciclo durante unos meses, se dará cuenta de cómo se siente su cuerpo en ciertas fases, así como en algunos signos del zodiaco. No hay una manera correcta o incorrecta ... se trata de la creación y la conexión a su manera.
