Aquí si me puedo extender, y hablarles corazón con corazón. Sip a ti.

Porque se que no vivo alejada de todo, vivimos en un Universo interconectado y esto se que te va a resonar a nivel de alma.

Hablemos de integrar la sombra

Es esa parte que forma parte de nosotros pero no queremos ver y mejor- ni siquiera conscientemente a veces sabemos que existe..

Ejemplos:

🌻Esa persona que solo escucharla te cae mal.

🌻Esa frase que te hace reaccionar con la energía más baja.

🌻O ese famoso proceso de vivir esa noche oscura del alma cuando todo en la vida se cae a Nivel personal.

Y porque mencionó esto?

Bueno, actualmente Plutón (transformación) y el Sol (identidad) están todavía cerquita. Y es porque en esta Luna Nueva en Capricornio que acaba de pasar, esta energía transformadora de renacimiento estaba muy cargada- viene del año pasado y ahora a sentirla para seguir depurando.

A eso vamos a sumarle:

La nueva energía Acuariana con Saturno (límites) + Jupiter (crecimiento).

Y a ESE paquete 📦 súmenle una cuadratura con Urano - Aja moment -y Marte - acción- en Tauro ♉️

Que quiere decir todo esto y cómo relacionarlo con la Sombra?

Pues que tanto a nivel colectivo- las noticias de USA dan miedo jajaja - y a nivel personal la sombra está saliendo.

Y es por que necesitamos seguir depurando para seguir abriendo espacio para que la energía se mueva a TODO nivel.

Si nosotros aceptamos este proceso a nivel interno salimos al mundo externo con otra perspectiva.

Sintiendo nuestra alma- no lo que nos dicen que sintamos.

TODOS los planetas están directos actualmente- hasta que Mercurio comience a retrogradar el 30 de este mes- así que por más que deseemos un tiempo libre, va a estar dura la cosa a nivel personal y colectivo.

De nuevo... momentos para respirar, jugar con tus hijos conscientemente, o meditar justo antes de dormir o entre actividades... HARAN la diferencia.

Recuerda tu alma eligio esto.

No temas ser diferente e ir contra la corriente social.

The shadow, it's that side of us that's part of us but we do not want to see- and sometimes we do not even consciously know that it exists.

Examples:

🌻That person that you just don't like listening to.

🌻That phrase that pushed you to react with the lowest energy.

🌻Or that famous process of living that dark night of the soul when everything in your life falls apart on a personal level.

And why do I even mention this?

Well, currently Pluto (transformation) and the Sun (identity) are still very close. And it is because in this New Moon in Capricorn that just passed, it was very charged by this transforming energy of rebirth, - from last year and now to feel it to continue purifying. :

And to THAT package 📦 add a square with Uranus - Aha moments -and Mars - action- in Taurus ♉️ What does all this mean and how do we relate it to the Shadow?

Well, both on a collective level - the news from the USA are very scary hahaha - and on a personal level the shadow is coming out.

And it is because we need to continue debugging to continue opening space for energy to move at ALL levels.

If we accept this process internally, we go out to the external world with another perspective.

To truly feel from a soul level - not what they tell us to feel.

Currently, all the planets are direct - until Mercury begins to retrograde on the 30th of this month - so as much as we want free time in the upcoming weeks, things will be hard on a personal and collective level. Again... moments to breathe, play with your children mindfully, or meditate just before bed or between activities, WILL MAKE a difference.

Remember your soul chose this.
